Testimonials

Had I not been able to talk to Ewelina, things would have got really bad for me. She was always patiently listenning and gave professional advice to me when at the time, I really needed someone to listen. I could not thank her enough for how she helped me and would always advise people going through something similar to me to reach out to her. Life is hard enough and we need more Ewelina's in this world.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The role and purpose of coaching

What exactly does a divorce coach do and how does it differs from a therapist?

A "divorce coach" guides you through the practical and emotional challenges of the separation process, empowering you, helping you make clear decisions and move forward with confidence. The therapist, on the other hand, helps you process the emotional pain and deeper patterns associated with divorce by focusing on healing and mental well-being. In short, coaching focuses on action and the future, while therapy looks inward for healing.

Can a divorce coach replace a lawyer?

No, divorce coaches do not provide legal advice unless they are qualified to do so. However, they can make the legal process smoother and less overwhelming. They help you organize, clarify your goals and communicate effectively with your lawyer, which maximizes the efficiency of your time (and money). The coach prepares you emotionally and strategically for mediations, court hearings or negotiations, helping you stay calm and focused.

Will I "win" in court if I'm supported by divorce coach?

Unfortunately, this cannot be promised. Whether or not you “win” depends on many factors. The coach's role is to guide you through practical and emotional challenges, empower you and help you make clear decisions, but the final outcome is in your hands.

What if my ex-partner doesn't want to cooperate - does coaching make sense then?

Yes, that makes sense. It is important that you understand that your ex's behavior does not define you. The coach focuses on you, and the priority is your progress and well-being. You're finally focusing on yourself like you deserve.
